Twelve-Forty Apartments

An exterior renovation of a 1963 apartment building located within a historic overlay district. The design modernizes the building while drawing from its mid-century inspiration, creating a more cohesive and timeless exterior. The front yard was also reimagined as a more inviting and usable outdoor space for residents.
